Change is hard. However, you don’t need to face your inner struggles alone. Let me assist you and help you grow by sharing my knowledge.
Through our professional relationship, we can work together to help you to work through challenges in a nurturing environment. I've been providing professional psychotherapy services for fourteen years in Colorado.
Together, we can create a nurturing environment in our work. Please make that first call.
I accept Colorado Access and Colorado Community Health Alliance Medicaid, Venmo, Paypal and cash.
“What comes from the heart, goes to the heart.” – Samuel Taylor Coleridge
My mission is to create a safe, compassionate, authentic, and caring environment for my clients. I will act as a guide to help them make empowered decisions about their individual and professional lives.
I am a compassionate, insightful, and encouraging counselor who will assist you in your journey of healing. I’ve been a professional in the community for 14 years. I support people by providing healing and growth in a safe environment. By guiding you, I call forth the strengths you already have and help you apply them to your future. I am able to assist you in setting intention prior to Ketamine assisted therapy.
I am an advocate for victims of violence and oppression, a volunteer, and an ally to LGBTQIA organizations in the Thornton area. I work in legislation concerning victims of human trafficking. I educate other professionals throughout the US on issues related to mental health, substance use disorders, and human trafficking.
Outside of work, I’m a fun-loving person who enjoys running, weight-lifting, motorcycle-riding, and taking the dogs to dog parks.
